Cancellation:

Written notification of registration cancellation must be e-mailed to by May 1, 2015. If registration cancellation is received by May 1, 2015, registrant will receive a refund of registration fee less a $10 processing fee. No refund of registration fees will be issued if cancellation notice is submitted after May 1, 2015.

About the dojo:
300 m2 of place to roll and make uke­mis fre­ely. View to the lake. Good ven­ti­la­tion. Ideal, bright and fri­endly place to do aikido. About 50 meters from the Bala­ton.

About the hotel rooms:
Clean and bright rooms for two or three peo­ple. All equip­ped with sho­wer and toi­lette. The view is mostly to the lake. The hotel is 50 meters from the Bala­ton.

How do I get there?
From Buda­pest with the train 1,5 hrs or on the high­way M7 about 1 hour. Just look after in the Google Maps!

1) Accom­mo­da­tion and full meal for 5 days: 105 euro. Does this mean 105 Euro covers three meals and a bed for 5 days?
Yes.

2) If I attend the semi­nar, and my wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/children go with me, but they don’t play aikido, what do they have to pay?
Only the price of the accom­mo­da­tion and the meals. Please, don’t forget to regsitrate her / him too!

3) I have a little child, who eats very little. Can he/she get any dis­count for the meal?
Yes, from age 0 – 3 the accom­mo­da­tion + meal is free for your child. Above 3 there is no dis­count.
3) What is the semi­nar sche­dule? Mor­ning and eve­ning prac­tice? How many hours in a day?
See above.
4) Is the lake safe to swim?
Yes, if you know, how to swim.
5) Use­ful tips:
In August the weat­her is gene­raly very hot. At night too. So bring sun cream and water with you.

There could be some mos­qui­tos. Bring somet­hing aga­inst them.

Please, don’t for­get your weapons at home.

Nor your swim­su­its.

Don’t change forints at the air­port, it’s very expen­sive. Change it in the city cen­ter of Buda­pest.

You can pay the semi­nar fee in EUR, it’s preferable for us.

Bala­ton is a very funny place, you can have all day (night), every day (night) some prog­rams.

At the Part hotel we have par­king place for free.

The Part hotel is a little sepa­ra­ted from the “city”, it takes 10 min. walk till the next big shop or somet­hing. But the beach is pri­vate for the hotel quests.

The time­table is fix, be there on the prog­rams at time, please.

We’ll orga­nize alter­na­tive prog­rams: yoga at the mor­ning, boat cru­ise on the lake, Hun­ga­rian wine tas­ting, etc.

The Part Hotel is just a quite cheap pos­si­bi­lity to sleep and eat, but there is a lot of hotels, apart­ments, res­tau­rants nearby, if you want more or bet­ter tre­at­ments. Check out: http://booking.com
