Day of arrival (16. August) : 13:00-16:30 Registration and placing the mats, 17:00-18:30 First aikido training, 19:00-20:00 Dinner

Every seminar day: 7:00-8:00 Yoga and Streching, 8:00-9:00 Breakfast, 09:30-10:30 – Weapons training (buki-waza), 10:35-12:00 – Aikido training, 13:00-14:00 Lunch, 17:00-18:30 Aikido training, 19:00-20:00 Dinner

Day of departure (20. August): 8:00-9:00 Breakfast, 09:30-10:30 – Weapons training (buki-waza), 10:35-12:00 – Aikido training, 13:00-14:00 Lunch, 13:00 – Placing the mats and departure. Please, be aware that 20th August is national holiday in Hungary.
